IIRC, BeoR has implemented an increase on Private Message capacity for Senior and C.I.A. members only. Newbies get 50, Senior goes up to 100 and 150 for C.I.A. members.

PM limits for Newbies up to Junior Members are intentionally limited for a reason. Work your way to increase your rank to enjoy this priviledge (increased PM limits for higher ranks).
