guys where can we find the best tasting and original Bicol express diri sa Cebu??..i only tasted the Bicol express sa CARLO's BATCHOY mandaue pero murag kulang man ug coconut milk...according to a Manileno i've met, the orig kay ginataan daw.

lami sad, pero mahal sad lagi kaayo,
i think it was around P150 and then good for one person ra..
