Hello everyone!
i would just like to post up my issue currently with 1 of my mainboards that i am using.. it's an MSI K7N2 LSR, and right now i have been experiencing power issue. originally this problem started acting up way back when it encountered a power outage while i was out of the house.
when i got home i noticed that the light indicator (power) on the cpu case is already lit but the computer is shut off. i thought of pressing the power switch to turn it on since i am in the impression the my pc is on standby or hibernate mode, but to my surprise its not turning on. i unplugged the power cable from the main outlet for a couple of hours. when i plugged it back, there.. it worked again until the other day. i woke up and saw that the same light is lit again but this time nothing is working for me. i have already tried bypassing the switch wires from the PSU to wake the mainboard up but to no avail until today.
has anyone encountered the same issue as mine? any insights to this that might help me fixing this prob? i am suspecting right now that my mainboard is already toasted. but im still trying some things that i could think of to make it work... any help from other experts out there would be pretty much appreciated.. ^_^
