Burn 2 hour avi movie to 2-disc VCD

I have a movie that's 2 hours long. It's an .avi. What program should i use to convert it to VCD. It will also have to be 2 VCDs because 2 hours would not fit in one. What program splits the video? and it shouldnt stretch the video especially when it's aspect ratio is 16:9.

use convertXtoDVD...... then edit your vid using adobe premiere....
