Nagreformat ko kron sa akong PC mogawas na ang blue screen for set.up.. Mo ana na cya Setup is starting Windows.. anha ra xa k2b, mo hangup na xa..

Maski k2ng instructions nga mogawas for reformat dli makadisplay..

unsay problema ani? ang Installer sa OS?

probably imo harddisk, i try ug ibot ang power cable then taud balik, if dili gihapon sulod ug bios then if dugay mo detect imo harddisk problem na gyud.

try lain hard disk bro.
if still japon ang problem, change ur cd/dvd drive.

Try using another OS like Vista daw if dli mu work that means basig guba ang RAM or ang HDD or ang DVD or CD rom.
