We're looking for a place to rent for our internet cafe.
Mga 13-15 computers namin - all with genuine microsoft windows (in case you're requiring this)

Preferences:
- malapit sa school or palengke, basta yung marami-raming tao
- possibly sa mga areas na 'to: Banilad, Mandaue, Talamban, Mabolo
- me sariling CR
- me sariling metro ng tubig saka kuryente
- budget is 5k to 15k basta reasonable

- landmarks or kung malapit sa school or palengke, or why you think pwede syang pang-internet cafe
- how much per month and kung magkano ang advanced payment/deposit

@datu_rob - 21k is too expensive for a 13-15-unit na internet cafe eh. saka nasa 3rd floor sya. we'll try to visit the area to check kung kakayanin.

Actually mam, open space na siya. You could just rent a portion of the area, let's say 40 square meters only, you only need to pay P6,000.00 per month, I could also provide you with a CR. It is located in QFO building Cebu South Road (highway), BAsak, San Nicolas. In front of Arbees bakeshop. It is on top of QFO Corp, formerly Singer World Appliance Center. If you are travelling from the city, it is on the right side, before BAsak High School.
