I was trying to compress some of my audio files to mp3 and my converter ask me the kb/sec settings.......... 128,192,256........e.t.c......
my question is ....is it the higher the number kb/sec the better the quality of the compression??
what are people using nowdays mp3 or aac?

AFAIK: the higher the rate, the better the quality of the song. I could be wrong though...

yes.. mas taas, mau ang quality sa song... kasagaran sa kong nahibaw'an kay mp3 na file.
