my friends car is been accused by this corrupt people of a hot car(meaning its stolen)
wow! not only that many other car owners are accused as weLL, there hot for SUV's,
and another thing they want 2 impound it! and make the owners pay! wow

yes they impound it. then pag proven innocent they still have to pay the impound and citations.
