Well, thats another issue but USC is still the BEST university according to local survey here in the visayas and mindanao!

According to my study in my 5 classes in Psychology, they made a survey to the public at random and the result? USC is still the best!

CEBU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY is the best! CTU is the creator of the high caliber Technologians in the country and abroad. The school still continue its legacy throughout the ages. Formerl we called ourselves as the TRADEANS, but now we are now the CTUnians!!!!!!!!
