Can you post a pic? I am slightly interested but I don't quite understand this product yet?

But I have an old Pioneer CDBi100 in the car and when I plug my iphone/itouch to it, dili cya mu charge but the sound still goes to the head unit and off to my speakers, will this product enable charging na?
