Every time I open a folder with video files in them, I get an explorer.exe error.
Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this?
By the way, I'm using Windows XP.

if your already in safemode, run an updated combofix..
then follow the instructions..
try it..

It seems to be the H.263/MPEG-4 decoder, remove the program which installed the emzdecmp4_h263.dll codec...
Try also to disable thumbnails. I could bet you wont have a crash after that...
