re installing os problem!

bro's can i ask what are the things to do before and after installing the windows os xp?
any step by step procedure.
i have a cpu installed with windows xp in korean language and i wanted to change it into
english. Most says that it should be re install it with windows xp in english version.
my cpu is an hp compaq.
since this does not come with driver, in reinstalling windows xp does the drivers of motherboard is needed?
if yes, what are the specific drivers that needs to be prepared?

go to the hp website and search, download all the drivers for your laptop. Save it on a flash drive. after that, boot from your windows cd/dvd and install. when done install the drivers. There are lots of tutorials in youtube. google is your friend.
