he likes to be called "pacquiao"; when he was young, he punches much when you get near





had also chipmunk(rip / grown till young adult / was very sweet & lovely); pair of kalaw(rip / grown from chicks to young adult / was very sweet & lovely); rare pair cockatail(rip); pair of local parrots from leyte (rip / grown from chicks to young adult / was very sweet & lovely); female eclectus parrot(rip).

Isn't it illegal to keep a green sea turtle at such horrible conditions? And what is that freshwater terrapin doing sharing the same tank with the green sea turtle? I hope to God that the water in that tank isn't freshwater... Poor Green sea turtle...

ka luoy ni "wawo". judging by the dry area on his shell he is living on very shallow water which is just horrible to say the least. I dont know the story behind his captivity but the conditions he is in is just plain cruelty.

I hope the owner will reconsider setting him free or surrendering him to proper authorities.

those turtles are just given(not bought) to us since the previous owner(a very old man of which we dont know where he lives since he only passed by our residence to bring over the animals due to seems he knew we like rare animals) cannot handle the feeding anymore. and now being kept by my relative. wawo eats much(pwerte dako-a dyud og kaon; he eats seagrass and fish), and is very sweet(lambing) in which seems naanad na og tao. i think they are being kept by that old man since they were very young yet. i believe that old man 'was' a fisherman from far place since he caught the turtles and and raised them. and no, its not that too shallow, that time when i took the shot, the pond is being put yet with water on the other side which is deeper. wawo just loves to be cuddled thats why he frequently stay in shallow part of the pond to wait for any person to come. and yes, its 'not' fresh water. how can a sea turtle survive till grown up with a fresh water? they(relative) even get the seawater from far place to avoid polluted ones near dirty beach places. they changed it every 2 days so its hell hassle(but not to them). the terrapin is only put there for photo, they are not placed in same pond. although 'sometimes' the terrapin is placed there since wawo likes to play with. the two seems friends(of which i am surprised since terrapin sometimes has territorial characteristic but they never quarrel each other since; i believe the two grew up together when they are kept by that old native). yes, they are planning already to set wawo free sooner since lo-oy pod labi na malambing na kaayo og maamo.

dont say its horrible or cruelty, the words are too superlative. my relative takes care of it well since they love much rare pets like these. its not easy to take care this kind of pet since it needs extreme daily attention & huge patience. it eats time and money. but don't worry, ill talk to my relatives to push through the release asap since malo-oy pod ko due to wawo kinda cuddles much than before which seems he likes to be freed to wide sea due to he is grown up na.
