u can do it yourself as long as you have an internet connection...i recently flashED new firmware to my SE k750i from the Sony-Ericsson website using SEUS(Sony Ericson Upodate Services)...the software is downloadable from their website and has step by step instructions on flashing the firmware..flashing is quick and easy..takes just about 15-20 mins. and its free...
JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A STABLE CONNECTION ON THE INTERNET WHEN FLASHING!!

the problem is..there is no available firmware yet for w900 @ SEUS.
