    Default GLOBE getting worst!! Cant fix a simple problem!!!!!!!


    guys!!! i just want to share my experience regarding GLOBE Telecom. I am a postpaid user for nearly 9 years already. From the span of 9 years, i didn't experience any problem with them, in fact i was able to get the retention phones they gave me for 3 times already. Being a Globe Telecom postpaid user for 9 years was quite a long experence. Last July 26, i went to the nearest Globe Telecom business center to had my sim card replaced. I replaced my sim card because i misplaced it and it got lost. Fearing that someone else might use the sim card, i might as well temporarily disconnect it . I lost the sim July 24. When i went to the business center, the CSR told me i had to settle my unpaid charges for them to re activate my sim kay its per company's policy to settle your account first para ma activate nila balik. So i paid in full for my line to be reconnected. The CSR gave me a 64k hi memory sim and she told me the sim will be activated in a few hours time or wait for it to activate within 24 hours. I tried to insert the sim to my phone same day on that evening. It registered SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED so i just waited for 24 hours coz thats what the AGENT told me. Until 24 hours passed i called up the hotline number 211 for postpaid subscribers then the agent told me you need to wait for 5 days for your sim to activate... then i told the agent, I tried this problem a few years back it only took within 24 hours for it to activate. you were able to fix it. then the agent told me " yup !!! its correct, bago na kasi ang system namin sir!!, we upgraded it . iba yung before. " "Then i told the agent, how come if your system is upgraded, why will my sim reactivate in 5 days c0nsidering new system na ang ginagamit nyo... Dapat sana within 1 hour tapos na ang problema" Then the agent paused for a few minutes, wala na sya kabaw sa iyang gi buhat.." So i had no choice but to wait for the 5 days the CSR told me. Then came the date that i was waiting , it was August 2, i inserted the sim but still it reads SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAIL, gikapoy na gyud ko paabot wala gyud maayo gihapon. Pero cool lang gihapon ko kay i was thinking basin nag upgrade sila sa system basin maulian rani..... UNtil naabot nalang ug August 7 wa nako ka agwanta ni adto ko balik sa ilang business center. Ako gi patanaw ang sim card sa ilaha. INgon ang CSR, sir we need to replace the sim card kay mao ni ang problem, dili daw mu function properly ang kaning batch of sim cards nga gi padala sa ilaha. SO i told them " you need to find a way ug unsaon ninyo pag sulbad sa problema" kay stressful kaayo ni inyu gi buhat.... "ingnan dayon ko sa CSR, dont worry sir kani imu sim card replacement nga ika duha, its on us and i guarantee you magamit nani ninyo tonight and if ever di mu function tawaga lang ko aning numbera for follow ups. Then at night ako gi paslak ang sim card , ni botang "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" nanawag napod ko sa 211. Same spill gihapon gi hatag sa akoa . ako gi ingnan , "what if dili ni mu work napod inyu gi pang sulti?" ingon ang agent ma ok ra gyud na imu phone sir..... then came August 8(SUNDAY) Same problem "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" . Wa na gyud ko ka agwanta ni balik ko for the third time sa ilang business center. "ingon dayon ang CSR, sir amu na gyud gi re place ug 128k sim cards kay katong 64k sim cards naay problema.!!!! " ako sya gi prangkahan " why would you give or issue 64k replacement sim cards if kabaw mu taga GLOBE nga dili sya mu function?" " wa ka tingog ang CSR, then ni reply sya " dont worry sir ma OK nani inyu sim kay taas naman ni ug memory, check lang after 1 hour" So i went home thinking it would be OK na. i went to GLOBE ayala @ 3pm so when i had it replaced it would work around 4 to 5pm. PAg insert nako "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAIL" ghapon. tawag ko 211. nangita nako ug supervisor then i told the supervisor "YOUR COMPANY SUCKS" you cant even fix a simple problem!!!! Ako sya gi ingnan " INYU KO GI PA BALIK BALIK THEN ISSUE MO UG SIM CARDS NGA KABAW MU DILI MU WORK!!!! AKO GI INGNAN ARE YOU MAKING FUN OF YOUR CUSTOMERS? IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR SUBCSRIBER? 9 YEARS NA NINYO NAG SUBSCRIBE?" NA minghoy ang SUpervisor!!!! Then he offered me to compensate the inconvinence nako. DILI nalang daw ko nya pabayaron ug replacement fees sa tanan sim cards na ako gi pa replace. then he will call me nalang within 3 days time unya ako nalang daw pick upon sa nearest GLOBE BUsiness Center ang sim card para di na daw ko ma hussle. I told him " this isnt the answer i was expecting from you, i need quick results thats why i looked for a supervisor." MAo gihapon wala maayo ang problema!!!! FYI(simcard replacement is only P50.00) to think sa akong na agi-an mu sobra pa sa P50.00 ang akong na gasto sa akong pag balik balik ug pag adto sa GLOBE. I am starting to think ako nalang ni paputol ako POSTPAID subscription kay wala gyuy ayo. UNtil now, ako gi insert ang sim today (august 10) "SIMCARD REGISTRATION FAILED" .... i mean sayon nga problema dili pa ma sulbad, unsa pa kaha ug dako nga problema. TO TELL you People who are using GLOBE , this will happen to you i tell you.!!!! BATI na kaayo ni ilang companya!!! way customer service!!! puro lang guarantee !!! july 26 until karon pila na ka adlaw, wa gyud ninyo maayo ning problemaha. hapit na mu 2 weeks wa ninyo ma sulbad !!! PAKAUWAW LANG MO!!! GLOBE TELECOM SUCKS!!!!

    gi try nimu ang simcard nimu sa lain cp gi insert?
    mao ra gihapon?
    ako sis globe man siya ala man siya'y problem so far.
    pero naka xp ko ani nga situation. ika upat jud ko nipalit. naabtan na gani to nako ang free hershey's promo nila. ahaha

    mao wala nalang jud ko mag globe . pero ako sis padayon gihapon.
    naka xp nagud ako sis ikadaghan na gikawatan ug load. i agree with ya bro. globe sucks .
    pa load ug 25pesos ako sis. wa pa gani siya maka convert sa kadto ila promo na e text.
    zero na ang balance? wth is this multi billionair? kawatan? lol ahahha

    paabot lang ta sa comment sa uban naka xp same nato duha.

    im not talking about prepaid subscription. POST PAID mani ang ako. dapat mas dali. abot naman hinuon ug 2 weeks wala gyud masulbad.... makaulbo ug caspa.!!!!

    Globe what happened? Taas pa man unta kog expectations ninyo? Inyo pong Globa T@ttoo sige rag kaputol ang connection... Nagbundle pa mog installer sa games pero wala lang gihapon pulos kay sige rag kaputol lagi ang internet... Tsk tsk...
