Documentary Requirements:

• Passport, Seaman’s book
• Seafarer Registration Certification (SRC)

• Allotment Slip

Beneficiary Loan

Documentary Requirements:

• Latest Employment Contract
• E-Receipt, POEA Information sheet or plane ticket
• Proof of Remittance (last 3 Months)
• Marriage Contract, if married

Basic Qualification Requirements:

• Filipino Citizen
• 21-59 years old at loan maturity
• 60 years old and above, co borrower is needed
• Must have valid contact numbers
• With co-maker except for collateral loans (car, taxi, PUV, PUJ, TRUCK, motorcycle and real estate loan)

Application Requirements:

• Completely Fill-up application form
• Latest 2 x 2 Picture
• Photocopy of Valid ID’s (Company ID, Passport, Driver’s License ETC)
• Proof of Billing (Electricity, Telephone, Water Bills)

Security of Payments:

• Post Dated Checks (PDC’s)

Requirement for Co-Maker:

• Latest 2 x 2 Picture
• Photocopy of 2 Valid ID’s (Company ID, SSS, Passport , Driver’s License ETC)
• Proof of Billing (Electricity , Telephone, Water Bills)
• Must Have Valid Contact Numbers
• With Steady Source of Income
