I'd better go to house construction because makapili pa ko ug klaro nga mga materials and makakita jud ta giunsa paghimo ang imong house... unlike sa buying house&lot nga himo na daan, wala ka kahibalo what kind of materials they used... unya diay to 1 year after, ang imong house kay natangtang na ang kisame...
Pero asa man pud kayha ang makabarato ta? buying house and lot or magpaconstruction ta?

i'd go for buy a pre-made house with lot then renovate lang to suit ur taste and personality
i want it meditteranean style...bricks with earth colors and of course a big lawn for my future family to play in and have bbq on weekends
