here's my opinion...
Too many animated images... try to limit or avoid it if necessary, the site fine but the layout needs some work out... i suggest you used CMS to run your site else you hire someone who can create a new layout...

I think you have to find a themes for your site.
It's too crowded.

Hi koryo, to be honest your website looks kinda out-dated and crude. Let me explain some of the points that made it so... here's what I have got to say about your website.

1. Nostalgia
Too many animated gifs. It's like I got transported back to the 90's or something. ^_____^
Tip: Take out all those animated gif. Redesign your website. Have somebody to do it if you're not good in designs.

2. Pale
Colours are too unrelated to your website. Cream / Beige is a very neutral colour which happen to be one of my favourite as well... but then again it isn't a good background color for a martial arts website. But if you still prefer to use creamy bg, then probably hope this reference below would do the trick.

3. XHTML & CSS / DHTML
Be up-to-date with the design standards. Learn how to create table-less designs.

Brad try to used open source CMS..Sayon xa pero very powerful iya structures..Plus lisod masulod sa mga hackers kay naay updates cge...try lang brow..Example of this are Joomla,Wordpress,Drupal ug daghan pa...hehehhhe
