Sa akong gtrabahoan, naa duha connection broadband. Bayantel ug globe DSL.

ang bayantel ----->internet ->modem->linksys wireless router. using STATIC IP.

ang globe bago lang gconnect ganiha buntag. (dayoff mn pud nako.)
---->internet ->ADSL nga modem/router (mao ni gilibogan nako kay modem/router xa ug wireless na.)

so dili na kelangan ug swith/router diretso na gamit. (PPPOE ang gamit).

Karon gs2 mn saakong amo mginstall kog PORCINI router. Ang porcini router mao ning device nga pwed nimo ipansakan ug hangtud 4 ka broadband connection like PLDT,Smart,byantel or globe. Into 1 para mupaspas ang connection. bali ani na ang setup niya.

Globe--->
bayantel---> PORCINI ---> Router/switches --- computers/ laptops.

kana na setup bai looks like redundant and load balancing, set up. pang connect lng nimo anang mga isp lines sa wan, every wan interfaces pwede man nimo ana ma configure, dynamic, static or pppoe.. Then naa cya lan interface for your lan.

try :
on wan1 connect your bayantel modem config it to static
on wan2 connect your globe modem config it to pppoe



pag homan ingna boss nmjo apply pa gyud kmo uban ISP kay naa pa 2 vacant wan hehe..

note:sa globe kong mag dynamic ka ang ip na dawaton sang PORCINI nimo local na kay nka router mode man ang ADSL modem/router sang globe, kong gusto nimo pppoe, usbon nimo config ka ADSL modem/router, change it to bridge mode, configure wan2 pppoe and input username and pass na gigamit sa globe.

What they want your boss have a stanby ISP i mean f one isp is down so basically other isp will up....so what do mean for this your globe wla nay gamit ug switch ug router kay diritso na cya and then why do you said PPOE... so its mean use d i ghapon ug PPOE connections.... sa akong na hibaw-an aning globe naka DHCP na ang iyang modem route...so internet accest ready.... pwede man nato tawgon ang globe costumer service para e pa re-set-up ilang modem.... so this how it done...

kanang mga adsl modem karon naa nman na routing capability, kong gusto serve cya as router, sa wan nimo set mode to routing, pero kong gusto modem ra cya mode=bridge...
