Default IMG and UNO members pls read (PEACE)

ahm... from previous threads. y man mag away mo on which of the two companies is better. i believe NONE!

simply because UNO and IMG operates on different industries..
you can not compare the two if their not on the same playing field dba?

both sides have their advantages and disadvantages..
i will not talk about their business because simply coz dili cla pwede macompare..
    UNO is a networking company
    IMG is a brokerage company

instead i will talk about the strengths and weaknesses of its "generic" members..
i mean no offence to both, i do this because i want to reconcile your "hinanakit with each other"
dili sab ko mo discuss og philosophies

    i will start with uno..

    Uno:
    advantages--
1.) people join to sell (recruit? ambot.... kapoy explain, read the other threads nlang and kamo judge)-- they want to sell because gusto cla mkabawi sa capital and earn.
2.) people are highlly aroused (emotional i mean) - because of the environment, they feel they belong to a special group.
3.) simply kay bibo - the more the merrier ryt? boring baya if ikaw ra usa sa business..
4.) people are after the "fast cash"- the people believe they can create large cashflow if they work hard enough..
5.) people are young - mostly students, kusog pa au energy.. when motivated, they can become an unstoppable salesforce.
6.) ang baligya kay makita daun - they trade goods
7.) traditional entrepreneurs - mas daghan ka makita na effective traditional sellers, the guys who believe on old fashion buy n sell. (ayaw nlang count sa kadto cge ra pang recruit)

disadvantages--(no offense, based on observations of common members)
1.) most people are financially illiterate - if not, then ATLEAST explain to us what is financial literacy, differentiate assets and liabilities, then create a long time investment plan.. (nosebleed noh?)
example- "made men" or successful networkers buy cars and other luxury items which DO NOT CREATE INCOME and DEPRECIATES OVER A PERIOD OF TIME (like cars).. but i wont say theyre bad. besides its their money.. its their choice.
2.) Income is not stable - the money they create depends on the number of people that join their network and the volume of items consumed. income may vary from month to month..
3.) people dont know "PASSIVE INCOME" - - if your not active and never been active, you wont make money.. like if you never sold or if you never recruited. you wont earn.
4.) many members are still yound adolescents-- they are not still mature enough to take money seriously, and may be too emotional..(hence thats why many would call, dali ra ilaron.)

now its time for the IMG people

    IMG:
    advantages-
1.) members join to learn FINANCIAL LITERACY - these guys are very good when it comes to
money matters.. they know how and where to invest their money
2.) kwarta maski wa trabaho -- they know how coz kasabot cla passive income
3.) seriouso - they dont consider money a laughing matter.. (dont expect nila magpakita sulod sa ila "passbooks".. sa networking rana cheke)- besides dont expct to see their earnings, only projections...
4.) people are after the security -- "gamay2x, hinay2x pero segurado" - dont expect them to join what they think as risky investments.

    disadvantages -
1.) "boring" method to wealth-- lets face it, maski ako kasaud. robert kiyosaki said it himself. the "path to richness is boring and dull".. hinay2x pero segurado.. and hinay2x is boring..
2.) just because you are more financially intelligent doesnt mean you should judge the other person.. instead you are obligated by GOD to share what you learn
!!dont forget the rule of negotiating, an ignorant person is hard to convince and may become hostile if provoked.. so mga IMG guys, preach financial literacy (especially sa doubtfuls) on a soft hand.. ok? hehe
3.) dont forget the other sources of income.. money can come from different sources like work and business.. paper assets are just one of those sources. its one way, but not the only way
4.) ang comments sa uban people kay ang inyo daw concept, "PANTIGULANG!"
5.) too serious - because sa ka seriouso, ang uban tawo mahadlok. keep a light atmosphere, tanawa ang uno members, bibo au. hehe
    6) you really should try the merchandise trading..(mamaligya og solid things)- improve your selling skills. pildihon jud mo sa taga uno if baligya2x lang storyahan.

i want to clarify no im no member to any of you
i do these para peace mo.. ok? besides. i started the provoking thread dba?
i believe that "no legal business is bad.. but all business has the risk of going bad."
what im doing is a view of an uninterested 3rd party

ako lang iwrite kung unsa nga strength and mas lakas ang "generic" member from wat network
dili na nako iwrite ang factors

Saleability of products or product turnover = UNO
Profit from a product sale = IMG
    Potential Market = IMG
Potential Income = (sorry, i cant predict, so tabla, lahi man gud nga fields)(assuming dili tinood ako gi post sa previous thread nako)
    Personal development (financial) = IMG
Personal development (emotional) = UNO if you want to be a good SALESMAN, uno shud provide a training ground for you, a challenge actually.
Social Circle = UNO (you get to meet lots of people)
    Financial Literacy = IMG
Fun = UNO!!!! (maski ako malingaw sa ila mga speakers, imposible jud na dili ka mka smile)
    income stability = IMG

both have unique strenghts as well as weaknesses..

if naa company na murag completo sa tanan. join jud ko.!

para wala jud away.. i want you people to read
"rich dad poor dad" by robert kiyosaki
    "E-myth" by i forgot
"think and grow rich" by napoleon hill
    and check this website
    www.salesdogs.com

goodluck to the endeavors to all of you..

    i admire your intentions.

but since you're not a member in any of the two, these statements are still your personal opinions.

    not personal opinions.. but observations...
i am the uninterested third party.. so no biases
if i were a member of any of the two, id certainly try to kill the other..

in my experience in the buying and selling of businesses
i learned how to differentiate observations from opinions..

if there are any proven biases ive made, id gladly correct them

same here, im still in observing and questioning stage pa. sakto baya ang gipangsulti ni AmorsoloX. Dli man gud ni cya ingun nga convincing kaau nga mao na jud ni mubuhi sa imu family or mka produce ug allowance ug pangbayad sa tanan expenses nmo for the rest of ur life, dli stable ang cashflow. i agree nga dagko jud ug cashflow, pero naa man sad tym nga mugamay. dghan sad duda kay tungod atong legacy. its better to decide carefully, think twice before joining anything.
