    Default Lucid Dreaming

kasuway na mu ani? .lisoda oui. .hapit nlng buwan, wa japun ko nka.master ani. .tsk tsk tsk..

If you don't know what Lucid Dreaming is...

It's the ability to be conscious during a dream, thus allowing you control whatever you do. As y'all know, anything can happen in a dream, but you only get to view it, not do it. If you master lucid dreaming, you can actually feel awake and control your surroundings and movements.

People have had some GREAT results with it and I really, REALLY want to give it a shot.

so, saman.? naana nka.suway ninyo diri.? unsa feeling.??

I was a lucid dreamer. I say was because it seems to be waning for some reason as I grow older. I don't know how I did it; I just discovered that I could and was surprised myself. Anyway, I recall that most of the time I lucid dream is when the dream is particularly exhilarating (dreams of flying for example) or when the dream is particularly very bad (nightmarish).

I guess it's because when a dream is in the extremes (bad or good; not in-between) then you subconsciously start to question "is this real? this can't be real. this is too good to be real. this is so bad I don't want it to be real" and that's when you start to be aware that you are dreaming. When the dream is particularly good then of course you want it to go on and you start flying higher for example. But when the dream is particularly bad you want it to be over thus you summon certain powers that you don't have in waking life to defeat a threat. On the other hand when a dream is neutral you don't really question it; so you just go on dreaming without being aware.

Try paying more close attention to 'extreme' dreams (although I don't exactly know how but it might be a start). Of course I do not guarantee that it will bring you good results.

I have an experience but I am not sure if it is really a Lucid dream,I was laying on the bed, then my spirit goes out from my body, and actually I saw myself laying in the bed, then I go back on my body and had some difficulty to fit in, but somehow did manage to do it,I was somehow a little bit scared.
