defective na ang hardware sa imong bluetooth bro, if still with warranty, ad2 dayon sa nokia center. have it repaired or replace the item into a new one.

kana nga problem bro ma corrected na in 2 solutions

1. sometimes bluetooth may dis-abled by some virus on the phone and may corrected through reprogram
(doing restore factory settings cannot eliminate the virus in phone memory and memory card)..

2. if the program is ok and the problem still the same, the D190 MODULE or known as BLUETOOTH IC is defective..so it must be replaced...


remember:

warranty on such stores like genuine nokia may directly go to nokia service warranty but the FACT of these NOKIA CENTER doesnt replace any parts of the unit because of there policy to replace anew one when it is covered on warranty and besides they avoid tampering the board of the unit by replacing any parts; if not you are advice to buy a new one..
