I have just officially read the news. <---click here, news from BBC
Google is developing its operating system called ChromeOS that could be release on middle of next year (2010). At first aimed for netbooks.

nice?! daghana na ug OS sa kalibutan, libug nata. but this one is a must try for me.

unsa kahay concept ani nga OS?
tingali kanang inig login sa user, istorya.net dayon ang mo load. wlay lain apps, browser rA.
or ang desktop kay same sa Android phone.

Just like Ubuntu, Google Chrome OS or gOS is a part of Linux distributions. I think this would be another challlenge for Windows.

this is good... more competition esp coming from a giant company

in the near future the OS that you run will be somewhat insignificant because of Cloud computing where more and more applications run from the web regardless of your OS.. everything will run on anything.. laptop, cellphone, tv, oven, toaster, fridge... heheh

check out the Microsoft Singularity OS under development as well..
