the X4 is an option as there is Phenom II X2 which sells around 6k, means u have 4k to buy UPS and a hard drive...
the crossfire is also another option, get one and u can buy an LCD...

kung 40k imo budget bro, hulat lng maybe hantod november...basi naa na lynnfield(manghud gamay sa i7) procs ana..murag expected mga 10k guro ang 2.6Ghz...mas daghan na daun ka pilian daun mobarato pa ang uban items...

kung gaming rig na, dapat masaligan nga PSU imo paliton..
