    a) Over limit Fee ?- D' Hell if you happen to use your card beyond the limit & trusting Metro Bank Card to keep record of its individual expenses ...Do we have to know how much did we spend and a very inconvenience way using a card.... This is like swendling/ robbing your money. why dont you called it Unwanted FEE ...So whats the purpose putting then of the credit limit & employing customer service Is this the wisiest system you have think of? Card holders will hate it..Because this is not right.

    Got here other Credit cards & never had this problem..... with the same situation that i have with my CITIBANK credit card ... when i purchased beyond my limit..They always Call you & inform you that you had an over limit your card and needed to be settled at a given time...Then if the card holders fails to settle on time & was already informed by pre-alert call then the over limit fee is justified and reasonable....

    b) Statement of Account Dated 25th August got here php15,000 credit limit how could i possible had PHP 606,233.95 purchase & billed on my account even an elementary student could answer this question.... What kind of people are you employing & the system errors which you had accumulated.. drives the card holders nuts & the respect from people of the bank is no longer a Trust but a Feels like you are swindled from the bank.

    Hope that this matter will bring your attention to improve your system in the future.

    i think you need to address this problem to mb themselves, kaning ingon ani nga case di ni isolated, in fact i had same problem sa citibank to akoa, imagine naay overcharge nga 30,000 plus so what i did nakigkita ko ni maam Susi sa citibank office to discuss the problem, it turned out nga naa koy bill from a gas station nga 30,000 worth of fuel, hahahaha...morag gipa carwash nga ang gamit gasolina, so after thorough investigation...na mali diay ug enter sa POS terminal ang cashier instead nga 300 iya na key in kay 30,000. unya nag key in na sad sya lain nga 300 nga amount, nya wala na niya gi void ang una nga nasayop, basin mao sad nga case sa imoha sir?
