Banned: Whole head helmets in mandaue

Vice mayor of Mandaue is pushing a resolution on banning the whole head helmet. ako dili kaayo agreeable to this maybe they can think of something else other than banning the whole head helmet. or worse no motorcyle in mandaue nalang kaha.... what do you think fellow estoryans

Banning whole head helmets is not wise. Unsa naman lang ang magprotect sa ulo sa mga nag motor? Those helmets that look like hard hats are not enough. Maybe they can come up with transparent whole head helmets or something. Or maybe a better police force.
