im looking for several units of 10" laptop/netbook with 10k budget

important:
10" screen (8 or smaller is too small...12 or larger is too big)
wifi g or better is a must
at least 2 usb (for barcode scanner and mouse)
trouble free and fully working
runs vista if possible. xp is acceptable. anything older forget it!
128 and 256mb ram is absolutely out of the question.
i dont need optical drive but having it wouldnt be so bad.
