if yes or no, please tell the reason
If not a science, then what? An art?
Anthropology has its intellectual origins in both the natural sciences, and the humanities (from Wikipedia). Therefore, it has roots both in the physical sciences and in the humanities (thus, it also belongs in the Social Sciences).

of course it is a science for the simple reason that shares very basic rules for study with any other fields of study; scientific method is employed in answering major queries. anthopology's major branches include Medical Anthropology, Archaeology, Linguistics, and Ethnography.
we can split hairs about what is 'science', what is 'scientific' and what isn't on the modes of study for each branch of science. but that would require oodles of patience and some hefty brainstorming, which a few, excluding me, can sustain.

of course, it is.
