HOW TO COOK:
The ration is 1:1 using rice cooker. Wash it 3x then soaked for 30 minutes before cooking, the aroma is so tempting.

Organic Rice Unpolished Red - Php165 (2 kilos)

The Red Rice is good for diabetic person because it is low in sugar and high in fiber, it still has a rice bran (unpolished) that's why it has a lot of nutrients.

Organic Rice Unpolished Brown - Php165 (2 kilos)

The Brown Rice is rich in Vitamin C (boost immune system) and E (good for the skin), also high in fiber still with rice bran (unpolished) to keep it's nutrients.

Take note that White Rice has high in sugar and less nutrients due to several milling.



Organic Coffee Ground - Php165 (250grams)

This coffee is blended with Arabica and Robusta from the mountains of Negros. The rich aroma is sooo yummy and very tempting.

these are the herbal tea descriptions and purposes:

FLU- is a specially selected natural combination of herbs for the treatment of the common cold and influenza. It has an antispasmodic and antitussive effect and contains vitamin C.
