EXCELASIA is not a call center. they are a recruitment firm but they also provide free call center training for those who aspire to become call center Agents. People with call center work experience need not to join their training but they can profile you for certain accounts, put you in the shortlist and endorse you to the company that has that certain account. They know which call center is hiring and who has the latest accounts. They give their services for free and they do not get anything from your monthly salary if their clients hire you.
They helped me twice before and i got hired in both endorsements! They sent me to Convergys 2 years ago and i became part of wave 1 in one of their TSR accounts. The same thing happened to me when they endorsed me to Teletech a year later.
I would recommend ExcelAsia to anyone who is planning to get a job in any of the top call center companies in the country. They train and endorse you absolutely FREE! Their office is located Near SSS Gorordo. Their building is located right across Tony and Jacky Korean Hair salon. They also have a website which is www.excelasiaservices.com
