Dli jud ko mo tuo anang dli kamao oi, cgro pg first ra, pero I think for a month training.. Grabe nasad ug di kamao...

sa kani lang na part sa comment ba, although medyo OT gamay pero just my 2 cents lang pod...nahitabo bitaw gyud ni dri sa abroad. A new nurse and i guess bago lang gibuhi-an on his/her own sa unit. ambot ug unsay na sud sa ulo nga ang pra sa tube feeding gi hook man sa IV! ug patay ang patiente...sa dako ra ba gyud nga hospital dri sa California! maka uulaw kau oi, faets!

mao na nga needed gyud ma competent labi na we are dealing with lives and there is NO ROOM for MISTAKES gyud if possible.

ke volunteer or ma staff, never stop learning and it doesnt hurt to ask ug di sure sa buhaton...ky sa naa pa hinoon madesgrasya!
