    Unhappy SMART TELECOM Having Troubles lately.


    Why? For the past days when i tried to call my BF's mobile someone answered instead of him. So, i have to call back then he said WHO WAS THAT? I said; WHO WHAT? He said that he heard a different voice when he answered.

    It didn't happen only once but a lot of times. Especially last night, it took me ages to call my BF using *88 I've heared a lot of different voices answering my call. There was a tagalog man, a waray girl. There was also a point that I feel like i'm inside a party line or crossline. Afterwards, I realize that my load diminished. I know that smart is already offering unlimited calls for 5 days and 1 month. But it seems their network could not handle much.

    Even my internet connection has been haveing problems lately... getting disconnected more often lately.

    thats a first.... havent heard of this problem until today. try to complain nlang sa smart

    I've encountered this problem.. my GF is from Masbate, and sometimes, siya ang manawag naku and inig tawag daw niya usahay, lahi daw ang mo-tubag. hahaha..

    Complain with smart? Geesh..

    I've worked for a American Telecom before and I knew too well about their customer service. If I am going to complain using their cust service it will take at least 10 mins to get a rep. Afterwards they will just tell me; Don't worry we are going to file a report about this matter. DUH!!

    My bfs phone has a ringtune so basically whenever i call him, i could hear the song of his ringtune. But there were times that instead of the ringtune, i could hear a plain RING, After another person answered. When i tried to check my phone for time duration it won't register. Ghost calls perhaps?

    Smart broadband is still encountering probs... probly too many people using smart has caused this...

    We're talking about SMART Telecom, not broadband a.k.a. SMART BRO.. gets?

    @elia, we don't need to complain on SMART, as long as our load won't be consumed by that, "GHOST CALL".. Cases like these are still small.. kung mo-daghan na ang mag reklamo, then that's the time nga mag reklamo na ta. Coz lisud au i-trace ang gamay nga problema out of pila ka subscriber sa pinas.. But if you know a lot of person having this problem, then, count me in, we'll talk to SMART Customer Service to file the same case as yours...
