HOw to break from ur disgusting Habit?
before i say anything else,lemme put forth something so profound you've probably never heard of it before![]()
OLD HABITS DIE HARD.
seriously: what kind of habits,cause there are just ever so many: biting nails, sucking on a ballpen, being compulsive, falling in love with the wrong person over and over again, smoking, doing drugs, overeating....well.
kung naay desire to quit it, then half the battle is won.unfortunately, that is the easy part. for me i find it better kung may kasama ako.like sa diet (i dont diet,just an example) kung dalawa kayong staying away from fatty foods, you'll get more motivated and wont fall off the wagon so easily. i dont know, psychologists recommend this strat man. maybe it'll work for you,![]()
unsa na bad habits? smoking? drinking? or just plain bad habits?(pickn' ur nose n public bad.. ) lolz..
just think another things to do...
limit you habit...............
self descipline
do something else na malingaw ka
the fact that it is disgusting should've been enough starting point to quit. just quit it. when everyday shit comes your way you can at least have something else to perk you up. and that is that you didn't do that habit today.
whatever you decide on doing...
make sure to believe in yourself and you're halfway there.
