    lisod kaau na itubag bro kay for me, naa raman na nimu.. in a chinese way, in business para nako, bahala na gamay ang ginansya basta kanunay... and dapat learn to adapt to new things or ways labaw na if your in business kay it's one way na maging competitive ka.. dapat, learn to have PR jud if your in business kay kay gamit kaau na if you have good connections with other businessman kay magamit nimu na in helping you grow your business.. And one imortant thing, there are no friends or family when your in business.. friends are friends but business is business..

    The big difference is...ga una lang ang insik sa negosyo...dugay naka amgo ang mga pinoy. Mao mga insik jud naka pahimus pag-ayo Anyway, most of my friends are chinese...ako lang nabantayan sa initsik style kay magtinabangay jud...refer here and there mao maka negosyo jud. Dali ra mahagad basta kaila lang mo, dali ra sila musalig nimo so in return you should serve them honestly as well...

    intsik = skuyla aron negosyo (pwede pud di)
    pinoy = skuyla aron trabaho

    intsik = dedicate tanan resources, time, effort sa biz
    pinoy = talawan, di gusto og risk. mao nang di mu innovate mas muprefer og franchising, or sundon unsay uso. hadlok byaan ang trabaho

    instik = di pilian og negosyo. basta kakwarta, sudlan
    pinoy = follows his heart. ganahan og unsay iyang passion usahay pugson. ex: if passion mag teach, abli og skul

    daghan pa lain...
