WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
I have paid my bill last April 19,2009. My line was cutoff on May 11 to May 18, and so paid my "overdue amount". My due date was supposed to be on June 2,2009.
When I called the billing dept. their excuse was that it was a technical problem. Where in fact you can hear the " *ucking mailvoice " saying your line has been "temporarily blocked".
I was also charged with a call waiting feature where there is none. I am also wondering how come I have an overdue balance for 2months where I am always paying my bill every month?!! WTF!
