i think the easiest way is to configure those pc to static ip address under the same subnet as supplied by the router but don't supply any gateway. on the router reserve or exclude the ip address you've set as to prevent duplicate ip address in the network.
also make sure firewall were disabled as this may also cause connectivity issues.

Please update on how things going.

I think you were referring to one of the security authentication of the routers.

you need to set the right policies..
meaning set the allowed pc on an allowed day or days/anytime
set the not allowed pc on allowed day or days

its important to set the right policies or else this access restrictions will not work.
took me about 2 months when i was a Linksys Technical Support, to make it work in the lab
    and on the phone..

set the right policies, and this will work like a charm..

if your computer/s are wireless.. setting a mac filter will not let your computer/s connect to the ap, meaning unable to get an ip, unable to be in the same subnet as your network, unable to share files..

Ka dugay gud bro para lang sa policies. Maayo kay naa silay 2 months for the policies only. I thought People Support Manila ang ga gunit sa Linksys.

just go to Access Restriction, then enable Policy, then edit List of Clients...
