just want to clarify. what does TMPIN0 stand for in HWmonitor? some people say its the northbridge. some would also say that its the CPU.

the best way is to compare it with what's in your BIOS Health Monitoring...the value w/ the same temp as TMPIN0 is the one that corresponds to it...from what i have observe its the overall CPU Temp...

i dont think nga TMPIN0 is the proc nimo.. this forum tells its the ambient temp.
correct me lang if this is wrong.

my BIOS tells me that its the CPU temp.. and has the same value with the TMPIN0 on HWmonitor.

not necessarily, though others say system temp is NB temp, considering nga daku na iya heatsink gbutang dha sa mobo, which means daku iya factor contributed sa overall temp. ang processor temp is being controlled by heat sinks above and away sa mobo so even if init ang procie, its not much contributing sa mobo temp kay gawas man daun sa iyang kainit...

system temp, as i would understand it, is the average of temps u get from the important components sa imohang unit (place, not the parts themselves, ex. pcie area, pwm area, nb, sb, and so on...).
