PHYSICAL THERAPISTS


EMPLOYEE Benefit:

Health Facilities Rehab Services will pay for and provide to EMPLOYEE:
1. Immigrant costs for attorney fees, USCIS and Department of State fees in connection with the H-1B, Green Card and (option) H4;
2. Transportation to the U.S.; and
3. $3,000 signing bonus to facilitate with housing, utility/telephone hook-ups, securing an automobile, and mobile telephone.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. Updated and detailed Resume
2. College degree diploma (with English translation if needed)
3. College transcript (with English translation if needed)
4. Any certificates relating to your job
5. PRC ID and certificate
6. Updated Passport (All pages including front and back covers)
7. English exam result (TSE or iBT) - (Please provide if available)
8. FCCPT Type I Credential Evaluation - (Please provide if available)
9. National / State License (if have one or if from other state will apply via reciprocity)
