A friend of mine is looking for a room to rent.

He prefers the following specs:

Concrete Walls
With A/C a plus but not required
A place that does not charge the tenant for bringing in a refrigerator, TV, and computer (except, of course, for the charge on utilities)
Must have own CR
Near IT Park

His budget is 6k max.
