even IF it can be done, it would take hours if not days to figure out the schematics/blueprint to get that sequence. but i highly doubt it.
yes, it will take days to study the systems used in order to manipulate it, however, hackers will not do that on site. They will study the system first before they will attack. So at the time of attack, softwares and hardwares are ready, all they need is plug it in.
So if you have a hack on your own scada system, you can hack any other who uses the same brand and version as yours.
The video can be realizable at present, but I'm not saying it's true.
