Are all business promos need be registered to DTI?

I would like to know from experts and have experience about it if it is a requirement to register with the DTI all business promotions, concerning your products and services.

And if you go for promos without such registrations, is there some kind of penalties?

yes naa jud na penalty bro...aside from that, keen customer who would like to avail a promo usually check it first...hav u seem some commercial promos from TV?...there's a line "per DTI #........." series......

This is for big promos....
