Hello Guys, Please Help!
Hope all is well.
I have this question, is it possible working in 2 companies at the same time? Should the Employment Law allowed this kind of situation? (Is there any violation from DOLE or whatsoever?)
The situation i mean is like for instance, you are regular employee at company X, working from 8AM - 5PM, where tasks are not really heavy & busy, and on the other side, at company Y, you are also regular employee, working from 8PM - 6AM, where almost all of your tasks are light so you can spend more time to sleep. (consider this whole thing, that believing you can handle everything without any pressures & are physically fit)
So, is it possible without any complications?
