win xp have no printer paper custom size?

i used epson fx1170 as my printer it can print 14" wide dot matrix... but after i change my os to win xp there no more custom paper size that i want... any help.. expert in win xp.. but before i used win 98 there has a ustom paper size...

Use the softare/driver of your printer like sa ako if i use the ones that come with xp dli ko ka select sad ug custom paper size ug ang print quality.installing the driver fixed all those problems

basin wla nimo na install ang driver sa printer bai pag change nimo ug OS.install pud ug apil.

You're probably using the built-in driver bundled with XP. Try downloading a driver from Epson mismo. Also try changing the kind of print job. Epson drivers usually offer custom sizes sa text, but only photo paper sizes for printing pictures.
