Thanks for bringing this thread bro.

Heres how.

Step 1
Remove Sticker of Fan




Step 2
Remove lock washer made of hard plastic, indicated in red. Don't lose it. Use small philips flat screw or better.


Step 3
Done, you can detach it and clean the magnets


or change blades. Remember, signature fans have different magnet circumference so it might not fit the base

Enjoy modding!


Oh, I forgot, place the fan back to the base and lock it with the lock washer use two tools to insert it back and lock the fan blades.

nice procedures bro, with pictures pajud.... nalingaw ko sa 120mm frame with 80mm blades... hehehe..

i've tried this before, gibutangan sad nako og grease ang ang moving part para wala jud friction....

naa pud uban fan nga ika tangtang sa sticker, walay buslot para makita ang plastic washer, ambot giunsa nah nila pagtaod...

usually, that is used to control fan speed if it allows - wa pa ko naka experiment ana and place a wire para pa 3-pin connection cya.

just use any tools that are convenient for you and that will not damage your fan

I think the third one is for RPM sensor... usually the third wire is yellow...

there's also a fourth wire.. for CPU fan... usually blue or green wire... I don't know para asa ang fourth wire..

use a puller, kanang sa kilay.. or use kanang pang watch nga puller nga talinis ang tumoy pang kuha sa kanang stopper..
