This Apartment has 3 Rooms. Each Room can accomodate 4 people.
The apartment is within a compound, so it's SAFE and SECURE - it's a HOME.

fortunately, the 2 rooms are occupied already (people working in I.T. Park), and there's 1 Room to be vacant by end of May 2009, since nag OJT raman ang mga occupants for a month.

Stay not just in a ROOM, but a HOME, since it has a SALA - for receiving guests.
Kitchen - for those who love to cook. and laundry area, for those who love to do laundry.
it's has 2 Toilet/Bath room. no CURFEW. SAFE. SECURE ( from theft,robbery,fire hazards.)

by the way, this is the update. the 3rd room is already taken. but the 2 rooms at the 2nd floor has vacancy.
since the rooms are all good for 4 ( 2 double decks). the vacancy is 2 pipol each.
daghan man gud maganahan basta maka tan.aw mao nang nakuha dayun ang 3rd flor nga room.

apt.room bai.. apt. has 3 rooms. each room is gud for 4.(2 double-deck each).
UPDATE. as of today, Only 1 room left with vacant of 2 pipol, meaning there are 2 pipol already occupying, and 2 remaining bedspace vacant... see the place po. ( inquire now)
