Urgent Hiring: Telecollectors and Field Collectors

A Bank Debt Collection Agency for Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Bacolod customers (Cebu Based)

We are looking for TELECOLLECTORS AND FIELD COLLECTORS
Applicants should possess these skills and qualities:

* Motivation and the desire for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity
* Professional, pleasant phone presence
* Ability to quickly identify, empathize, establish trust, and solve customer’s problem
* disciplined
* Works well independently
* Strong work ethic
* Strong computer navigation skills

Shifting schedule between : 6am - 2pm
2pm - 9pm

Applicants must be:

Telecollectors

  • At least 18 years old
  • Male or female
  • At least 2nd year college
  • Computer literate
  • Must have the ability to convince, persuade and influence people
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules


Field Collectors

  • Male only
  • Not over 55 years old
  • Have valid driver’s license ; preferably with motorcycle (Field Collectors)
  • Familiar with Cebu ground
  • At least 2nd year college
  • Must have the ability to convince, persuade and influence people
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
