hi what moonrise are u talking about? moonrise is simply a term used to a moon in the state of rising from the eastern horizon. just like a sunrise, a sun rising. maybe u might mean a full moon? a full moon is when the hemisphere of the Moon that is facing the earth (the near side) is almost fully illuminated by the Sun and appears round. and the color of the moon varies depending on the presence of gases in the atmosphere or the upper layer of the sky.

u mean to say u saw it twice already in ur young life? wow! that's an incredible phenomenon! why there's no news or even scientific reports about it in all the encyclopedias i read about heavenly bodies or extraterrestrial phenomenon or even paranormal events?

next time u see it, pls take several snaps of it or better take a video footage for proof. u might gain fame or even fortune if u can see this one-of-a-kind phenomenon.

i hope u didn't hallucinate or took a hallucination drug when u saw it.
