i suggest getting the xeon 3110.
this is what mine can do
CPU-Z Validator 3.0
Any P35, P45, X38, X48 mobo with these chipsets will do.
imo gyud ni glide1, your using TPower I45 mobo
its not indicated in its cpu support list man gud.. palahi sad ning 3110 dah.
is it X3110 or E3110 gyud?? there's no X3110 listed in intel site.
yes akoa ni, if you've seen this thread - https://www.istorya.net/forums/comput...r-cooling.html - you will see what my setup was. I say was because i'm running an i7 system now, but still have the I45/Xeon combo with slightly different components.
As far as the "x" or "e", i'm not sure. CPUZ Validator says E3110 so i guess it's an "E" not "X".
Check to see my handle glide 1 on the top of CPUZ Validator link, if you don't think it's mine
- here's a pdf link http://www.intel.com/Assets/PDF/datasheet/319004.pdf
this xeon is a dual core which has the same specs as the E8400
it's Xeon E3110 a rebadge E8400 and it's more likely that you will get an EO stepping now.
Intel® Xeon® Processor E3110 - SLB9C
@glide 1, tuo ko bro oi..
libog man gud ko pag check nako sa supported cpu list kay wala man didto ang E3110.
ask lang ta ko mga bro ha; if its not on the mobo's cpu list, ok ra ba nga basihan nato ang iyang socket ug fsb kung compatible ba sa kana nga mobo? or because you already know nga its just an E8400, so nangita na lang ka unsang mobo nga compatible sa E8400??
@centax error, thanks sa word nga rebadge bro.. karon pako ani dah. kapait!!! late comer.. lol
guys pd na ang mobo na asus 5kpl-am sa Intel Xeon X3110?..
and whats better Intel Xeon X3110 or C2Q8200?
