anyone pls advice where to unlock black berry javellin 8900

note : i have the unit na. and i cant use my wifi even if i have access password or even open ang wifi.
i went to globe ayala. they cant fix the problem. anyone using same unit and knows how to use wifi ? pls assist. tnx 0917 945 5446
