I don't know what his being gay has to do with winning American Idol. He's one heck of a performer and that's what the public should be looking at. Regardless of his past actuations, so far he's behaved himself on Idol.

Besides, a lot of girls think he's smoking hot, perhaps hoping deep inside that he swings both ways.

So what if he's gay? Ugh. It's not like he killed someone.

If he really wins this year's American Idol, then he deserves it. He has been consistent in all his performances and he's really a performer. Ok, so you can't stand his voice with all the screeching then don't listen to him why torture yourself.
